The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.
