The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to avoid damage during transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for return
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund (as applicable) may be offered.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
St Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
